Cancellation & Refund Policy

By purchasing a ticket, I agree to the following:

Cancellations made up to 30 days before the event (by 14 October 2025) will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee.
Cancellations made 15–30 days before the event (15–29 October 2025) will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event (from 30 October 2025) are non-refundable, unless your place can be filled from a waitlist or at the discretion of the organising committee.
Tickets may be transferred to another person at any time at no cost.
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by EBANZ, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the rescheduled event.
