By purchasing a ticket, I agree to the following:

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Cancellations made up to 30 days before the event (by 12 October) will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee.

• Cancellations made 15–30 days before the event (13–29 October 2026) will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event (from 30 October 2026) are non-refundable, unless your place can be filled from a waitlist or at the discretion of the organising committee.

• Tickets may be transferred to another person at any time at no cost.

• If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by EBANZ, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the rescheduled event.

CODE OF CONDUCT & AGREEMENTS

• The EBANZ Conference is organised by the Earth Building Association of New Zealand (EBANZ), a volunteer-run, not-for-profit organisation. We ask all participants to help create a welcoming, respectful and inclusive environment by treating others with courtesy, respecting our venues and hosts, and following the directions of organisers.

• EBANZ reserves the right to refuse admission or require a participant to leave the conference without refund if their behaviour is unsafe, abusive, discriminatory or seriously disruptive.

• Participation in conference activities, including workshops, site visits and home tours, is at your own risk. While EBANZ takes reasonable care in organising the event, participants remain responsible for their own safety and personal belongings. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, EBANZ accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the conference.

• Photographs and video may be taken during the event for use in EBANZ publications and promotional material. By attending, you consent to this use. If you prefer not to appear in photographs or video, please let an organiser know and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

• As a volunteer-run organisation, occasional changes to the programme, speakers or venues may be necessary. Thank you for your understanding and for helping make the conference a positive experience for everyone.
